Our yacht (Luce V) was almost seven years old; but apart from signs of wear and a broken toilet lock, it was in "good condition" and also had three refrigerators on board. Due to a minor storm accident (bent spreader), the charter company AYC advised us to arrive at the marina a day earlier than planned. The problem was immediately rectified. So far, so good. It was agreed with AYC that one crew member could remain on board until 8:00 a.m. the following day (crew changeover day). The boat cleaning took place at 6:00 a.m., disrupting the rest of our stay on board. Furthermore, AYC was repeatedly asked by email to look for a crew member's lost radio license and provide feedback. Unfortunately, all inquiries remained unanswered. An email inquiry regarding the repair issue (spreader) also unfortunately remained without response, so the potential security deposit issue remains unresolved after almost three weeks.

The charter went well. The Yacht was brand new - to my surprise there were no major problems with the yacht during the one week charter. Check-in and check-out went well and smooth, nice and helpful guys. The ship propellers are too small which results in only 6 mph at 2000 rpm but of course an underperforming motor speed is a minor problem since it's a sailing boat. A little concern about the condition of the boat at takeover. We had the impression that the bed linen was used (maybe by the crew who transferred the ship to its home base), kitchen trash and equipment also obviously used and dirty. Can't believe it there were burn holes at the cushions and marks from cigarettes at the table inside at this brand new ship. No impact to our charter but obviously careless from the guys who brought the yacht to its base.

The company is a disaster. The owner, when notified of the yacht's problem—a non-functioning bow thruster and burnt battery cables—did nothing. I do not recommend this charter company.

All sailor friends, I wish to share my recent experience with this charter company and how badly has treated us, back in September 2021, We have booked Krka for a week, Boat was dirty and needed work, All the door handles were broken which did result in constantly locking ourselves in our cabins. We have handed over the boat after base manager checking before given us our inspection sheet with advise saying we will transfer the balance to your account. After months worth of calls to base manager we are still waiting for our deposit to be returned back to us. So next time you are looking to book a character boat take this in to consideration.

Nice marina, rented a brand new Hanse 458 boat. Boat departure is quite complicated, not much space in front of the boat, if you don't trust yourself, the staff will drive you away. But when you return the boat, they are looking for something extra to charge and take from the deposit - be careful of them when taking over
