I rented a 46' sailing boat for a week from Aloha Yacht Club. The crew responsible is Anıl, Captain Onur. They do their job very well. The boat was very clean and ready on time. I strongly recommend it to those who want to rent a boat. Thank you Aloha Yacht Club.

Anil and Ferhan were very easy to work with. The boat was in great shape and it has AIR CONDITIONING! This was very important for my wife. It worked great on shore power. While at anchor, we ran it off the generator for a while to cool down the cabin after a hot day. You can’t run it all night, but it usually cools off enough overnight. At Gocek marina we paid 500 Lira for electricity and that was enough to run it all night. The boat is rigged to sail single-handed from the captain’s seat, but it takes at least two to get the main up to make sure it doesn’t get caught in the reefing system. This is typical for a catamaran and was true for the Lagoon 380s I’ve chartered before. There is an electric winch that can be used to raise the main or trim the main or the jib. It has a nice Genoa jib. On reaches we got to 5.5 knots without the main. We had 8 people on the boat and there was plenty of room. With the two deck chairs, the cockpit table sat 8 for dinner. The cushions on the trampoline are very comfortable and relaxing. I recommend sleeping outside as much as possible. Take your bed pillow with you and a large towel or blanket. It can get a bit chilly out there if there’s any winds overnight. And it will also keep the sun blocked until you wake up after sunrise. Overall this was a great charter experience with a nice boat and friendly helpful people to work with.

We sailed with Aloha for about a week and it was a splendid trip. We came with 4 people with an extra load of baggage, and the space was more than enough. We had no problems regarding the engines, generators and the rest of the systems. The smooth sailing and the smiling face of the entire welcome crew made us feel like we are home. Anıl bey is a professional and is more than willing to listen to every single feedback given to him. We will definitely be coming back next year, probably staying more than a week, bringing more of our family members. If you are looking for a smooth sailing Catamaran with your family, there is no other than Aloha Sailing. It’s a shame I cannot leave more stars. I can assure you, you and your family will enjoy this entire trip.
