We booked a Dufour 44, Adagio for one week (first week September). Adagio sailed beautifully over 227NM, without problems. It sails well, we reached peak of 8.5NM by 22 Knots of wind. Mattress are very comfortable, boat is very well equipped and the bays & area around Split, Milna, Hvar, Lastovo, Vis, Korcula were not too crowded so easy to find good mooring areads for overnight stays. The team at Ban Tours were responsive, since the first contact, very attentive to details. We booked an early booking which allowed to leave earlier on the Saturday. Bed linen were comfortable, the fridge worked very well (we even manage to produce Ice Cubes in the little freezer compartment). The solar pannel allowed to recharge batteries during the day which was very helpful. During our journey, there was an electrical issue with a light switch. The team was super responsive and thanks to Video Whatsapp call helped us to solve the problem avoiding us to wait for the arrival of Base Station support team, as we were far from Kastela. Check-in / Check-out was efficient. The harbour of Kastela easily accessible from Airport (15min). I can definitely recommend the Octopuss Peka at the Spinnaker restaurant on the last day. And don't miss the Pizza on the deck the first day you arrive. The pizzeria next to Ban Tours office is excellent. We'll definitely come back.

Hired a 41 Defour for the week, yacht was in great condition, well equipped with the essentials and the staff were a breeze on check in and check out to deal with, no unexpected surprises.

A simply unbelievable experience. amazing holiday, but here's the bits that you'd want to know... The boat was ready and clean... The handover smooth and we felt help available when needed... A couple of minor repairs fixed immediately... I dropped phone in sea and their diver got it back for me!... No hidden charges on return... I damaged the stern on a harbour wall, entirely my fault, but don't let it ruin your holiday, their repair charge was very fair and I wish I'd known that the day I did it!.. Massive thanks to all staff, but especially Frano, the girls loved him and the boys wanted to be more like him... 100% felt we had the best boat and service available on the marina.

We had one of the best charter experiences this summer with Ban Tours and would highly recommend them if you are ever planning a charter in Croatia. From start to finish we couldn't fault a thing. Booking was seamless and very easy. The team were always quick to respond and answer our questions offering help and advice about the sailing area so we could plan our trip. The transfer from the airport was straight forward and on arrival at the base everything was incredibly well organised enabling us to be onboard our boat and sailing in less than a few hours. The marina is quite large so to be taken to the boat in a golf buggy with all our bags was a great service. We had a Dufour 41 which was a perfect boat for the 4 of us. Having AC and a Generator was a very nice luxury but well worth it. The boat was very well equipped and we had no faults or problems with the boat during our week. Clearly very well maintained. Regards the sailing area, we have never been to Croatia but it is a wonderful place and the people we met along the way always so friendly and helpful. Yes it can be quite expensive if you choose to eat out and use marinas the whole time but it doesn't have to be. BUT what we found was that although you pay a little more, in return you get the very best service. Everywhere we went was immaculate, the choice of restaurants were wide and varied, the facilities great and most importantly we were always met with a warm and friendly welcome. Having enjoyed many charters around the world we can vouch for the fact that this is not often the case. In fact this is the first holiday in my life that i can honestly say that we could not find fault with anything about our experience from start to finish. It is clear that Ban Tours have great team who all love their job and the country as a whole clearly go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome. We will be back !!!

We chartered Tara, a Dufour 335 GL for 1 week in May. the administration process was smooth, and the boat was in good condition. Although old and needs some maintenance aesthetically, her Sails, engines and essential equipment function well. 10/10 would recommend for your next charter in the Mediterranean.
