We chartered Lagoon 50 (2019) MILA from July 26 to August 2, 2025 - and it was a disaster. The generator kept failing, so 14 people suffered without air conditioning for a whole week in peak summer. No emergency support on Sunday, rude answers on Monday. Our €4,000 deposit is still blocked, plus they tried to charge us for a cushion that was badly secured and lost in a storm. Totally unacceptable service - avoid this company at all costs!

I've been sailing Croatian waters for over 20 years and have experienced countless marinas and charter companies. But for me, Marina Baotic is still number one, both for chartering sailboats and catamarans, because the service before, during, and after the handover and return of the boats is uncomplicated and professional. If a problem arises, the technicians take care of it immediately. Furthermore, the marina in Seget Donji is in excellent and well-maintained condition (especially the sanitary facilities), and the surrounding area, such as the shopping options, is perfect. The Yacht Club restaurant is fantastic! I've always had a great meal there, as the food is exceptionally delicious. It's worth paying a little more for such good, fresh food. I wish the entire team at Marina Baotic continued success and enjoyment in their work. You're doing a really great job, and customer service is always your top priority. Keep it up!

EVERY YEAR! We have now chartered a catamaran from Yacht Centar Baotic Charter for the third time and are once again completely satisfied! From the advice to the reservation to the boat handover, everything was super easy and uncomplicated. We look forward to next year!

This charter company are literally thieves, they charged me 1.900€ for a small cut in the mainsail that they themselves did at the check-in. I don't recommend you rent with them.
