Unprofessional, poorly maintained, and aggressively managed — avoid this charter. We encountered several serious technical issues during the trip, including a failed outboard engine, overflowing toilet holding tanks, and a fresh water system constantly sucking air, causing the pump to run non-stop. These were clearly due to poor maintenance, yet the charter company repeatedly blamed us for the problems. Upon returning the boat, they became hostile and insulting, even inviting physical confrontation. They showed no intention of taking responsibility or issuing any refund, and instead tried to take money from the guest’s deposit without valid cause. When we mentioned contacting management and leaving a negative review, they laughed and acted as if complaints wouldn’t affect them. After speaking with several colleagues in the yachting industry, I discovered that this kind of behavior is not unusual for this company. A deeply unpleasant experience — stay away from this charter.
