We have had a fantastic sailing week in Split. The crew of EUROMARINE definitely contributed to this experience. From the booking process to the check in, recommendations what to do, until check out, it was 5stars plus 👍….we never have had such a well maintained and clean boat as the sun Odyssee 410….and of course the location of the ACI marina next to the historical city Center of Split is an additional bonus 😀

Amazing experience. They were very responsive on all communications and accommodations. The boat was pristine on arrival, they enabled an early checkout and departure, took a long time briefing the systems, they sent out weather advisories, and on return they were very understanding on any minor defects alerted to the team. 100% will recommend to others.

The Lady in the office was very kind at the checkin, but really did not have any clou about anything. The Boat personal are very unfriendly and unprofessional. At the checkin we he told us unnecessary things and didn't tell us how to extinguish a engine fire. Although there weren't any leak plugs on board. If you ask where to check the oil (unknown engine type to me), you get unfriendly sarcastic comments. On our trip the Radio didn't get a GPS Position anymore. I briefed that at the checkout and the personal commented it like it is not important, because you are not far away from shore in this area. Really not a good experience and the parking situation is a hustle as well. So can't recommend this Charter company at all. If you charter there ypu probably risk your life.

Excellent charter company - we chartered a Jeannau 319 for a week and the boat was in excellent condition, the staff was professional and the whole process was smooth. Will definitely use them again!

We chartered ‘Moon Kiss’, a brand new Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 380 from Split for a week. Our flights was delayed and we arrived after the standard check in time, which was accommodated by the team and the boat was ready for us to jump aboard when we finally arrived. The yacht was fully kitted out inside and out, including WiFi, bow thrusters, luxurious bedding etc. The team (Ariana & Josip) providing excellent customer service & support and were promptly on hand throughout our holiday, included technical support, route suggestions and local info. We had a fantastic week and will definitely be looking to charter a yacht from Euromarine in the future.

The boat was immaculate, well-equipped, and comfortable in every way. The marina and its staff were equally impressive attentive, responsive, and always doing their best to accommodate our needs with kindness and professionalism. A piece of my heart now lives in Croatia. This experience has inspired me to return and continue exploring this fascinating country and culture. Euromarine is an outstanding charter company! From the first contact leading up to our yacht rental, through the check-in and departure process, during the sailing trip, and finally the smooth check-out — we experienced truly exceptional service. The entire team was professional, caring, and attentive. Vedrana was incredibly helpful and even assisted us in contacting buoy field owners to secure moorings in advance. Ariana at the reception and Marko from the technical crew were both amazing — efficient, friendly, and professional. The yacht itself was a fantastic experience: brand new, very comfortable, easy to handle, and wonderfully equipped! We were even welcomed with fresh fruit, a Nespresso machine, and coffee capsules! A wonderful experience in every aspect. Highly recommended for anyone considering a charter — you’re in excellent hands with Euromarine!

We had a very good experience, two couples cruising for four days. We really appreciated being able to take the boat a few hours earlier. The staff was very helpful and gave us really good advice on how to organize the cruise: best places to stop, have dinner. After the first night on a mooring, our engine could not start. The staff was very efficient to answer our text message and guide us to diagnose and fix the problem. Despite this problem, the boat(Bura Kiss) was in excellent condition and well equipped. We recommend.

We have been working as a charter agent for many years, and our collaboration has always been successful. Our clients return satisfied and happy. We highly recommend Euromarine!

Although the boat and also the location was satisfactory, the whole experience was made significantly worse by the person doin the check-in, checkout process. A real insufferable know-it-all, constantly lecturing, even before we initiated the check-in process. Same attitude upon return, checkout, like we were wasting his precious time (being on time) by bringing our business to them and paying thousands of euros. Such a person should not be allowed near customers.

Excellent experience with EUROMARINA, previously in Split, recent years in Dubrovnik! Well maintained fleet and well-coordinated, professional and above all friendly management! In any case, highly recommended!

Amazing experience! Super nice staff ( especially emma) which helped us alot and explained every area in detail. Took us to the best spots around the islands and made sure the boat was equipped with everything we needed. 10/10 recommend.

Compared to other charters we’ve had over the years they are really very professional. Thorough check of the boat with all explications, willing to give detailed advice on routes and sailing itself. The boat was working very well.

The boat we chartered was not good maintained. A lot of repairs were necessary at our first hop habor. The tech manager from the Dubrovnik base was very engaged and helpful as he came over by car, but could not get all the issues fixed. The handover was done by a staff memeber who cannot sail, so some question remained unanswered. At the end the rudder was supposed to be scratched and needed to be repaired without a proof of its condition before our trip.

They claimed one of our toilets on the boat were clogged, but refused to show us the report from the investigation, or give information on the skipper. Our own skipper admitted that the toilets were all working before we left the boat. Absolute scammers, they cut our 600 kuna from our 2000 kuna deposit. Avoid Euromarine at all costs!
