Zero to Hero: How to Turn a Disaster into a Top Experience. We booked two Lagoon 450F catamarans with 5 season Yachting in Trogir for our Sail2Lead Executive Coaching program, as we needed a specific setup for our leadership crew. The start was, to put it in nautical terms, stormy: Upon checking in on one of the catamarans, we found hundreds of liters of water in the bilge. Since the cause wasn't immediately apparent (leadership under pressure!), we were quickly offered a nearly equivalent Lagoon 450S as a replacement. While the 450S was good, we missed having the optimal seating arrangement for our entire coaching crew upstairs (this shared space is essential for our shared "real-world laboratory"). But then the 5 season Yachting team showed what they're truly capable of – and became the heroes of our week: Extremely generous: They granted us over an hour's grace period for returning the boats, which made the last day of our program much easier. Excellent service: Our newly enthusiastic participants (future sailors) spontaneously received a free, short catamaran docking training session on Saturday. Conclusion: Apart from the initial launch issue, the boats were good, but the crew and management demonstrated true leadership in handling the crisis. They resolved the problem quickly and provided service that far exceeded the inconvenience. Highly recommended for anyone who values first-class customer service when it matters most!

Avoid this company at all costs. They gave us a sailing yacht with defective saildrive, when we made them aware of several liters of a water oil mixture in the bilge below the engine, they did not take it seriously, they provided unsafe automatic life jackets, the radio device was not working reliably, not even the distress button! Broken portholes, broken doors.... when we were unablässig to maneuver because of the defective engine, they hindered the Coast guard to provide towing assistance. Avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about contracts nor safety, it is all about money.

We rented a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 389 (2019) for a week with Five Seasons Yachting in Portocolom, and the experience was simply spectacular. The service from the entire team was impeccable: from the sailors, always attentive and willing to help, to the very friendly and professional office staff. The marina also offers a very pleasant and comfortable environment to prepare for our trip. The boat was in excellent condition, with everything working perfectly, very clean, and equipped with all the necessary elements for safe and efficient sailing. It was a pleasure to sail it, and it is undoubtedly a very comfortable and reliable model. Portocolom is a perfect place to begin an unforgettable adventure, with direct access to some of the best coves and sites in Mallorca. We 100% recommend Five Seasons Yachting to anyone looking for a great boat, excellent service, and an unforgettable nautical experience.

Recently chartered a Jeanneau 389 here and had an amazing experience. Check-in and check-out were very efficient and the boat was in great condition. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They even arranged us ahead-of-time provisioning which got delivered to the boat. I could not be any happier with my charter experience. I highly recommend Portocolom Yachting to other fellow sailors.

All in all - a pretty good company to charter from! The boat (Para Elli, Sun Odyssey 419, 2019) was in near perfect condition. If you’re looking for a boat without the usual niggles / breakages, I can recommend her. The base staff were also mostly really friendly. A little rigid on being back by 5pm on the Friday and off at 8am, and not the fastest getting the boat turned around on the first Saturday (1630 ish), but in their defence - she was extremely clean when they gave her to us!

Veritas Yachting Europe GmbH, currently under the brand name of Four Seasons Yachting, has not complied with the yacht charter agreement. Despite the very early payment of all costs, I was notified two weeks before the cruise that the yacht would not be there. According to the contract, an "equivalent" replacement yacht should be delivered. But Vertitas Yachting preferred to pay the money back rather than bear the cost of the replacement yacht. It seems that my flight tickets for several people, vacation, preparations for the cruise are not important to them: only their business. I highly do not recommend charter yachts with Veritas Yachting Europe.

CRUESA MALLORCA YACHT CHARTER is the worst company in the Mediterranean. They will smile at you, but they will definitely break the agreement, they will not return the money and even laugh at you. They will definitely say: "Ha ha ha! This is Spain. You are not ready for Spain."

Price-Quality completely unbalanced. Totally uncoordinated. No customer attention. No information. Several contracts, last minute surprises. Showers not working, Captain was assigned for one day only, not the whole tour (5 days), because of that, 4 hours lost… no apologizes, no compensation even if we lost the first day due to this (their) mistake. Not only that, we had to come back the night before at 17:00h because the boat had to be checked… the check was done at 20:00h! Again 3 hours lost. Poor service, no information, no care. For the expensive price, we expected a better service. Fully disappointed. Not recommended

Never again! Not only did we lose the first day filling out forms, waiting for the captain to come, signing off a second contract with last minute surprising clauses, making payments for things we were never told, but also we were left aboard alone without any explanation from Cruesa in a faulty boat (toilets, kitchen and ropes not working properly) after having paid a good sum of money. On our last day, we had to fuel and be back at 5pm!, so the boat could be inspected, even though we were supposed to give back the boat the next morning. Once disembarked, everything out by 8am!, I still experienced the worst: the 2 Cruesa staff members asking each other if we had left any belongings behind so they could steal it. Can you imagine? Never again

Professional charter company, in a relaxed bay. The boats (we rented a SO440 and SO389) are in top condition, and very clean. Check-in and return are well organized with a skilled team. I absolutely recommend this place and will return for sure.
