We had a fantastic experience with Jonio Yachting and I highly recommend their services. The value for money was excellent. We chartered a fairly large yacht (52 ft), which was in pretty good condition—especially considering it was 6 years old. The check-in process was smooth, honest, and pleasant. The yacht was ready well ahead of the scheduled handover time, allowing us to set sail the same day without any stress. I really appreciated the great communication with the charter company—not just for technical matters (which inevitably come up), but also for their helpful local knowledge and navigation advice. We spent an intense and rewarding week, both from a sailing and a sightseeing perspective. Overall, a great charter experience. I sincerely recommend Jonio Yachting.

We rented a 2000 Dufort 43 thinking that the boat would be fine after 5 years. Well, it's a shame, but the worst part is that it was missing the wind gear, the navigation lights, the anchor swivel, and we almost lost the swim platform because two screws fell off that we had to find and replace. The swim ladder didn't have handles to get out of the water. Water kept getting into the Zodiac, the engine wouldn't disengage, and you'd have to turn it off, which would be dangerous when docking if you didn't get to the right spot... because it only had one oar. The worst part is that the owner didn't answer the phone during the 15 days (the last half of May due to wind) that we were on board, leaving us stranded without even financial compensation for the poor service and condition of the boat. We also had to stop at a port because we lost our autopilot. In short, a vacation I won't repeat with this broker, and of course, I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemies.

Once again, Jonio Yachting met our expectations. We rented one of their boats three years ago, and our experience this year was also positive. The boat was efficient, the service was attentive and welcoming, and the base was extremely functional. Milazzo is very convenient for all the services it offers. A positive experience.
