I rented a yacht from them, I received a dirty yacht, the prospectus listed 2018 and it was 2017, solar panels were listed and there were none. One water tank was empty and this required us to enter an unplanned marina to fill up with water. The batteries of the anchor kindergartener did not charge, we stayed half a day until the problem was fixed, the pumps for 2 showers did not work well, I found myself with an open toolbox almost all week. They refused to come to me in any way except for the payment for the water which was refunded to us a second before we left the island. Edit after the owner's response: It has nothing to do with getting a refund, I told the guy who gave me a tour of the yacht upon arrival that it was dirty and he said he would take care of it and it didn't happen. My main complaint is that you are really not helpful, unwilling to help. Here too, in your response, you are blaming instead of taking responsibility, maybe apologizing.

Thank you Stella (the owner) and thank you “STELLA” the boat! We had a great time and we enjoyed the two weeks that we spent on your wonderful boat. We were greeted gracefully by your professional staff and we were presented with a clean boat. No problem whatsoever with it and at the time of our arrival the inspection was completed and the deposit was refunded entirely. We will definitely be back and we are highly recommending Katopodis Yachting to all our friends. Thank you again for a great time spent in Greek islands!

We had a great week but let down by the boat. Not cleaned well when we picked it up, a broken part meant the starboard engine was stuck in forward gear. It was fixed but communications from the company was poor. They did give us a late check out in compensation but we lost a day. The loos on the boat needed maintenance, they clearly hadn't been looked after. Didn't stop us having a great time but the charter company seemed complacent about our business.
