The experience with our catamaran and crew was not good, extremely unprofessional, and definitely not service oriented at all. There were a lot of things that did not make us feel like we were enjoying our vacation to the fullest. There was extremely minimal effort since the first day starting off that we were given a catamaran that had the AC broken and a fridge that smelled like something died in there, it was unacceptable and very rude to welcome a family of 5 like this. The captain and the hostess seemed very very unexperienced, I get it from a 23 years old girl, but not from an old man who should have experience. The captain was negative and grumpy, a horrible energy to have around. He complained and made annoyed faces when we needed him to take us on land and to the other catamarans we were traveling with. There were several instances where we would ask him about places we saw or that we were at and he would say that he didn’t know anything about them. He acted like he was in control of our whole vacation and would make excuses as to why we were not following the itinerary we signed up for. He always anchored far away from the other two catamarans, even when he had space right next to them. This man should never work in hospitality. He also smelled very bad, which I find unprofessional. He always had a negative comment to anything we would say to him, showing how much he thought he didn’t care about making our experience a great one. He did not care at all about this family vacation that we planned, he did not even try to give us a good experience. There was no speaker at the front of the boat. The AC in the room where my daughters were sleeping was broken for the whole trip, they woke up sweating everyday! Our second night/third day was a complete disaster and was sabotaged because of the AC issue that should have never been a problem in the first place if we were given a working boat. We had to sleep docked at San Antonio (which was really far from where our friends in the other catamarans were anchored) and missed getting to know a spot that was in the itinerary for that day because, supposedly, there was somebody arriving from Barcelona at 7:00 AM to fix the AC. Which never showed up and we ended up leaving the dock at around 10:30 AM. We also found out that our captain mentioned that we requested to sleep docked in this marina because of a dinner reservation!? Which is a lie, we went to have dinner because we have to stay in san antonio. Next morning, Because we were really far from the rest of the group, it took us about five hours to get to them. Absolutely ridiculous. Our hostess had a good attitude but she simply didn’t qualify for this job. We are aware that she wasn’t a chef, but at least you should train her about food safety and cross contamination because my son and my daughter were both left with diarrhea and vomiting for days. The boat was handed to us with a rotten fridge which was cleaned out a day later by two people and it still didn’t completely go away , That is just completely irresponsible. The quality of the food was bad. The brands were probably the cheapest, you can tell by just looking at the food. The desserts were all ultra processed in jars and disgusting. Even the croquetas were so bad, It felt a little disrespectful to be honest with you, we paid $2,000 to spend on food and beverage to get this. Basically we paid a lot of money for a service that was not there. I don’t blame her, because as I told you she tried, but I don’t think she was prepared for this, and you as a company should know this and have an excellent trained crew always and in all of your boats. The final point is that we paid for something that wasn’t what we expected and nobody will refund us $1, because of our experience.

The Kukuruz experience was spectacular! The catamaran was wonderful, and our captain, Martín, was the best! "El Titi" (The Titi) was a genius; he took us to the most beautiful coves. He was super competitive, very responsible, and polite, which completed the wonderful experience we four couples, friends, had when we decided to take to the sea!
