Chartered many times with the team at Navigare. Excellent costumer service from Patrice, Theresa and Aviral in the front office. When I've had a issue before leaving the dock or while on a charter, the technician team have fixed the item quickly. Sometimes even having to dingy out to me a hour or two away from the base! Look forward to continuing teaching ASA classes on their fleet of Catamaran's.

This is the second time running a boat from Navigar yachting in the BVI. My first experience was in 2024. We had a lagoon 42 and we had an excellent experience with customer service captain who checked me out and the crew. The boat was in perfect condition and very clean. We’re back again in November 2025 now we have a lagoon 46. We had a problem with auto pilot and with the dinghy engine. We called the tech services. They came out the next morning and fixed both of those problems within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company. They are very helpful and considerate and will do anything to make our Sailing experience a very positive.

Poorly maintained yacht and unreliable service – very disappointing Our experience with Navigare Yachting was extremely frustrating. Despite paying €200 for an early check-in, the handover started late, and the promised refund has still not been received. The mainsail was missing at delivery and was only brought on board in the evening. Several defects were visible right from the start, and many more appeared during the week. Numerous systems were not working or only partially functional – including the AIS, stern thruster, engine displays and controls, bilge pump, winches, and the furling system of the genoa. Leaking hatches, unsecured cushions, incomplete inventory, missing kitchen utensils and bedding further added to the poor impression. Even the life raft was stored in a compartment full of water. The most serious issue was a complete engine failure caused by a defective fuel pump. Navigare could not provide clear or accurate technical information about the fuel system, so we had to identify and fix the issue ourselves. The yacht was in unacceptable technical condition, the organization was chaotic, and customer support was unhelpful. Overall, a very disappointing experience – definitely not recommended.

Great team. I wanted to send a surprise gift to a friend that was chartering. I was supposed to be on the trip but has to cancel last minute. They help arrange so the gift was present to them when they arrived to check-in for their charter. Everything went smooth and was done as promised. Great communication and very helpful considering this is definitely outside their normal services!!

Check-in was significantly delayed, even though we had paid €200 for an early check-in – a promised refund has still not been issued. At handover, the mainsail was missing and only delivered around 6:00 p.m. Several defects were already visible during check-in, and more appeared throughout the week. Technical faults and malfunctions: The AIS, stern thruster, engine displays, engine controls, bilge pump, winches, and the genoa furling system were either non-functional or only partially working. Several hatches and spinlocks were leaking, the cushions couldn’t be secured, and the inventory list, bed linen, and galley equipment were incomplete. The life raft was found stored in a compartment filled with water. Most serious was a complete engine failure caused by a defective fuel pump. Navigare was unable to provide accurate information about which pump supplied which tank – we had to identify and resolve the issue ourselves. Overall, the yacht was in very poor technical condition. Organization, communication, and customer service were unreliable and disappointing. Unfortunately, not recommended.

I start this charter year with Navigare Yachting, January with Navigare branch at Seyshel Islands, and March with Navigare branch at Marmaris. And I can say that I do like the Marmaris branch! I was surprised by new yachts in exellent conditions and extremely friendly management by Nariman and tekhnical support by Mehmet. Winter charter sometimes not so easy and comfortable but I have a pleasure from communication and support from Navigare base at Joya Del Mar marina. And also my crew and guests pleasantly surprised by new comfortable modern yachts and greate price-quality rate. So I wish success to Marmaris Navigare base and hope for kind cooperation in nearest future!

We had an amazing trip. Everyone at Navigar was great to deal with and No surprises!!! We rented a 2023 Bali 5.4. Shaka our Captian, was better than we could have ever imagined. Ive been sailing 40’+ sailboats for many years. Shaka made everyone on the boat feel comfortable and safe the entire trip. I highly recommend him if you want to get a captian. We spent 8 days and could have done 2 or 3 more day if we had the time. It was really one of the best trips of our lives.

This past October, my friends and I did a week-long catamaran trip in the BVI, and without a doubt, it has been one of my most incredible travel experiences to date. Even though I had already visited the BVI before, traveling around on a catamaran brings the experience to a whole new level since you can go to various islands as you please. From the booking process to the boarding prep, to the experience on board, everything was smooth and seamless. Since we didn't have navigating experience, we hired a skipper (Shaka) and a chef (Abby). Both Shaka and Abby were extraordinary the entire week. Shaka took all of your "must-visit" places and suggestions to help build the ideal itinerary and recommended a few more that were worth the addition! Throughout the week Shaka was an outstanding and entertaining skipper. He helped us fish and even taught us how to help with mooring and other basic tasks on board. We enjoyed that. Abby, on the other hand, made magic in that kitchen. All of her meals were delicious and to be honest, even better than the meals we had on shore. She helped us build a comprehensive half-board menu and took care of all the provisioning. Her help with this made our experience so much smoother. Lastly, our boat, Island Nomad, felt like a small apartment at sea. It was comfortable, clean, state-of-the-art tech, and a wonderful space where all seven of us felt comfortable spending a week together. It had enough space for us to chill, read, lounge, and hang out without bothering one another. This was my first experience with Navigare, but it won't be the last. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We were a group of 10 on a 1 week bareboat excursion of the BVI. We treated ourselves to a cat with a water maker, ice maker and a big enough generator to run the AC if needed. Navigare was super easy to work with, they quickly answered all questions, gave us the overview of how the different systems on the boat worked, even drove the boat out of a tight slip and through the channel on our departure (it was a windy day). During our trip they came to us twice to address some issues with our boat and were always very nice and got us back underway with no problems.

A review of our skipper (Brad) and Navigare generally. Brad is a fantastic, admirable, confident skipper. He’s personable with a relaxing vibe that easily fit in to our group. He’s a hard worker with deep expertise of the area - always suggesting cool stops and getting us the best location each night. We loved how he gave us some control with deciding when to sail, where to make pit stops, etc. Importantly, he always worked safely and responsibly - looking out for us at all times. If we went back to the BVI, we’d want Brad at the helm. The ship was in great shape and was very comfortable for our one week trip. Reliable power and strong A/C. I was pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was - we made many meals there. I was also impressed by the amount of linens each person got. The Navigare staff were all quite friendly and did a great job welcoming us. Would certainly rent again!

We chartered “Penultimo” a new Beneteau Oceanis 62 for two weeks and had an absolutely fabulous time exploring the Cyclades islands. The boat was in excellent condition and the staff was very responsive. Two weeks was barely enough time to explore most of the Cyclades, we can wait to go back and charter from Navigare again to explore the saronic islands!

We were able to charter our boat – a 50-foot Sun Odyssey 509 from Navigare Yachting – for a week through the archipelago. A beautiful area for sailing without waves and exploring wonderful bays. We were extremely fortunate to be able to take advantage of the first good week of the year and sail in almost consistently good weather. The temperatures were almost pleasant, which brings me to the first weak point of our charter yacht: the bathing platform was missing, as was a ladder. As cold-water swimmers, we were only able to get out of the water relatively unscathed thanks to our skipper's handyman skills. A 50-foot boat without a ladder? A no-go. Also missing was a stern anchor, without which anchoring in the archipelago is rather difficult. A shame. We did moor once, using a line from the dinghy. It was, however, in very good condition. The yacht was otherwise in good condition. The list of deficiencies included several points, which the owner acknowledged favorably. The kitchen was better equipped than any yacht we'd ever seen. Important for us, as we cook frequently and well. The marina itself—should it even be called that—is rather marginal. Shopping is only possible quite a distance away, and the sanitary facilities are a joke. It's a shame. The support provided by the charter company during the handover was also rather mediocre. An introduction was almost completely absent, and the procedure was largely unclear. To speak of a "technical briefing" would be a sheer exaggeration. The question is, is there a lack of a sensible concept here, or simply the trained and qualified staff for it?
