This was our first sailing ever and coming from US we did not know what to expect. What we experienced is high quality service and staff. Five starts to the skipper Simon, 5 stars to the office staff, and over all boat quality.

After many years of sailing as a skipper in various charter companies in Croatia I can reccomend Noa Yachting. Great check in process and technical support by Noa team.

I am a freelance skipper and have been doing business with NOA yachting for about 14 years. I find the company and staff to be one of the better companies to work with, the technicians are always polite and helpful whenever I have dealings with them, the ladies in the office absolutely always have a friendly smile on their faces and are extremely helpful. From time to time problems do crop up on boats and NOA has always been ready to resolve the problems without complications or recriminations. For me I find NOA yachting a joy to work with.

I would like to warn other boat owners against cooperating with the company Noa Yachting. Unfortunately, our experience with their service on our boat was extremely negative and revealed a high degree of unprofessionalism and ethical misconduct. Noa Yachting charged us for replacement parts that were clearly incorrectly ordered — for example, a bimini of a completely different color and construction than what matched our boat. The supplier refused to take these wrongly ordered parts back, and instead, Noa had them reimbursed by our insurance company. Even more seriously, they misused photos of our boat and the old bimini, which they allegedly “repaired” — a repair that was done in a very unprofessional manner, yet still fully charged to us. The entire situation raises serious concerns about manipulation of documentation and misleading information provided to the insurance company, which we consider absolutely unacceptable. Another disappointment came when parts of the boat were damaged by guests. Although the damage was charged to them, Noa Yachting did not replace the parts with original components but instead used unaesthetic and technically inferior substitutes, significantly reducing the value and appearance of the boat. Overall, we consider Noa Yachting’s approach highly unprofessional and untrustworthy. Their conduct — from technical errors and billing irregularities to misleading communication with the insurance company — has led us to a clear decision to avoid this company entirely in the future. We definitely do not recommend them.

Charter we had with Noa Yachting this summer was our second time with the company. We chartered a catamaran last year and a monohull this year. Great experience all around both times, with boats being in great condition - catamaran better than monohull, but that was simply the factor of age of the boats, as catamaran was basically brand new while mono was a 10 year old boat, in great shape for the age. Great experience with the Noa team at check-in, check-out and during our charter. Check-ins on Saturday can of course be a bit hectic, but that's expected in general. Our boats were ready as promised both times. No issues at check-out at the end of the trip. And finally, when we had the issue with water pump on board this year, it was fixed as soon as one could expect. Our pump failed late evening one day (after 9pm), we were on the phone with support that same evening, and service was sent out to the boat along our route and pump was fixed the very next day at lunchtime. We'd recommend Noa Yachting and planning to sail with them again when chartering in Split area.
