The catamaran excursion to Tetiaroa was magnificent. The crew was very attentive to the passengers, and the food was plentiful. The catamaran was spacious enough for everyone. I had the pleasure to travel with Poe Charters from Papeete, Tahiti to the remote and tranquil island of Tetiaroa - an 11hr excusion! The staff were beyond helpful and able to communicate in both French and English. We were privide breakfast, lunch, fruit throughout the day, juice & water and a Rum Punch during our return voyage to Papeete. Snorkeling equipment was also provided, also in excellent condition. As an avid and experienced sailor, I highly recommend this excursion for anyone wanting to experience the South Pacific in all its glory! Be prepared, chances are, you are going to get wet! A superb day with Poe Charter to discover and rediscover Tetiaroa. The crew is super friendly and professional. Great atmosphere on board. We had plenty of time to enjoy ourselves once we disembarked on the island. Breakfast was delicious (oh, the coconut bread!), lunch was excellent (the sauce with the grilled fish was amazing), and the fruit salad and punch at the end of the day were very welcome. I highly recommend it!

I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. Could not come because of covid. Said they would refund money but then stated it was spent! Meanwhile, they bought 2 new boats! In trying to communicate, Bruce, the owner, hung up on me and would not answer the phone. So unprofessional. I was able to reverse the charge on my credit card, but he kept my $2K deposit. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
