Before sailing I was scared by the reviews here, but after returning I have to say that everything was absolutely fine. Boat in good condition, everything worked, check-in was fast, same checkout. During the cruise, Max was in contact with us via WhatsApp, so they could solve problems or help us with various questions. I have boat Summer Planet from Portorosa marina. So I can recommend the charter!

Terrible experience. THEY RENT OUT BOATS WITH PROBLEMS, DON'T LISTEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM ABOUT THEM AND MAKE YOU PAY WHEN YOU RETURN THE BOAT. Thing to check and email them about as soon as you notice them: broken bow thrust propellers, ripped sails, broken instruments, damaged boat hulls. The base manager is a crazy gym brat dude with anger issues who belongs to the streets. do not Reccomend to anyone!

The boat was in terrible condition and dirty. The water pump was leaking, but it was repaired three days later. The service batteries were on shore 10 minutes after leaving port. The bilge seals were leaking. The jib furler was malfunctioning; we later discovered that the halyard was practically destroyed. We handed the boat over, and they signed a no-claims agreement. After checkout, when we left the base, they called us accusing us of having lost a part of the engine (the replaced pump), and therefore, they kept the entire deposit. The aggressive dock staff managed the entire charade.

In Marsala, we had an exceptionally nice, friendly, and very competent charter base manager, Giacomo. The same goes for his team, of course. Everything was to our complete satisfaction: no waiting time – the yacht was spotlessly clean – everything was on board (the typical wear and tear on a charter yacht after three years is to be expected, of course). Thanks again! 😇

The boat was delivered in terrible condition: dirt in the lockers, ants on board, and the interior was stained and worn. The jib clutch didn't work, the wind instruments were out of calibration, the rudder and propeller shaft were full of fishing lines, and the Bowthruster propeller was almost completely broken and missing blades. We were given an outboard motor (for a fee) that hadn't been serviced in years and had problems from day one, causing various issues and making it impossible to go ashore. It was exchanged for a better one on the fourth day. The staff was arrogant, rude, and unhelpful. I strongly advise anyone looking to rent a boat not to choose other charter companies, which are more honest, reliable, and attentive to their boats and clients.
