The owner/ manager, Elena, was a nice individual, and I had no issue with her personally. Upon arrival (check-in), all guest were presented with a chilled bottle of water — which was nice. However, as a whole, there are multiple points of improvements that Seagma Yachting & Services need to make: Firstly - the overall communication and organisation. I reached out to the company multiple times prior to arriving in Greece to arrange a loose itinerary. Understandably, I was advised by our Skipper that routes are weather dependent and I should get in contact a week beforehand when he could give informed advice. When I tried to reach out a week before departure, I was then told to discuss when we got to the marina. When we arrived at the marina (day of charter), we were informed that the route would be decided daily. This meant that we had very little control or contribution to our itinerary, with our skipper sailing where they liked for the most part. We docked in multiple quiet marinas/locations with not much to do. A big part of chartering a boat is being able to tailor your experience, this approach left us feeling like we didn't get the most out of our trip. This poor communication, unfortunately, extended beyond the trivial. Alarmingly, there was also no communication of basic safety information or emergency procedures prior to departure. We were expecting a short run-through of how things work in case of emergency and where things are, similar to on an airplane, but we received no information our entire trip (even upon request to the Skipper). This was especially concerning as all bar one of our passengers were first time boat passengers and a few had only very basic swimming skills (all communicated repeatedly to the company). Briefing passengers prior to departure should be basic health and safety procedure. Secondly - payment methods. They didn't accept my credit card for the deposit, which meant my current account had to be debited — something I was reluctant to do for security purposes. I personally believe that if you're chartering a boat with a skipper that they provide then the deposit amount should be less than if you're renting it without, to reflect the reduced risk of damage. I also believe that they should be more accepting of debit/credit payments. To expect people to carry 1000's or EURs worth of cash around with them to pay the additional at-port fees isn't reasonable as it puts the customer in quite a vulnerable position. With card payments being so widely available, it is definitely something they should offer. Lastly - the cleanliness and general maintenance of the boat. This was substandard at best. Especially as they charge a 250EUR cleaning fee. As my images show, the boat and the 'clean' towels and bed linen provided were not* clean at all. (Blood) stains, mould, hair in the sinks, layers of dust, broken cutlery and kitchen appliances (eg. kettle without a lid, moka without a handle etc). This really isn't good and quite cheeky to be charged a cleaning fee when it has clearly not been cleaned in a long time. The skipper also mentioned how much of the boat equipment (i.e. ropes) were old and worn out, in need of replacement. Overall, although I had a good experience I think it was in spite of, rather than due to, the service that Seagma provided. I would not recommend you use their services unless significant improvements are made.

Great service, fast and easy check in and out. "Aelia" Bavaria 46 sail boat is in great condition. Sails are almost brand new, full buttons classic main is great for close hauled sailing as well as reaching.

ATTENTION!!! From the worst companies we have ever rented a boat. We rented a boat for a week Lagoon 40 model that it was not worth sailing and even saying it was dangerous for all the crew, something I didn't encounter before. The owner KOSTAS that did our check in was very rude and not polite at all. He was clearly only interested in our money. The anchor was not working, it had a problem, something that the owner hid and it wasn't only that, as a result we were pulling the chain by hand while dropping and gathering the anchor, something that was dangerous for our hands. When we discovered the problem we communicated with the company to fix it so we can continue our trip with safety but the company SEAGMA YACHTING didn't do anything to fix it as a result we stayed three days on the pier and the excuse of the owner was that there was not an engineer to fix it because it was full season. The yacht was not clean at all while we paid plenty. We found the toilet bins full and the toilets were smelling horrible, eyelashes and hair on the beds were under the pillows. The oven was not working at all in the trip and we couldn't cook and also the fridge was not working so our provisions were spoiling and we lost much money because of it.The lifejackets were not enough for all the crew something that was also hidden. When we returned we mentioned all these problems to the owner that did our check out but he created a big problem and we called the port police because he was very aggressive toward us something that first time we meet in all the years we travel by yachts. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to rent a yacht from them. They spoiled our holiday!

a great place for your yachting vacation. the vessels are in very good condition. Elena and Kostas are great people.

We had a yacht charter for 2 weeks, 431 NM, first week very windy, gusts up to 45 knots! The yacht was very well prepared, minor flaws were removed before sailing, then everything worked perfectly. Very pleasant communication, Elena advised us and helped us with other things as well. Really professional and correct approach, I can only recommend it. Thanks a lot to Elena and Kostas.
